Early Childhood Education

To find ACTIVITY or THEME books, search the library catalog using any of the following terms:

• "activity programs"
• "creative activities"
• fingerplays
• "children's songs "

The following list tells you which sections in the library have books on various topics related to early childhood studies. A library staff member can help point you in the right direction. Just ask!

• GV 1218 - Fingerplays
• HQ 774 - Games & activities for infants/toddlers
• LB 1139 -1140 - Preschool education, theme books, curricula, etc.
• Z 718 - Storytimes, literature/reading based activities

If PCC Library does not own a copy of a book that you need, we can see if another library is able to loan it to you through our interlibrary loan (ILL) service. Just fill out the ILL form as completely as possible. Once the book arrives, we will contact you so that you can pick it up.
