HomeGrown Ebooks includes titles from a variety of North Carolina publishers. It includes popular and scholarly nonfiction, novels by well-known NC authors, and award-winning short fiction and poetry. If you like to cook, this is a great place to find cookbooks - especially ones that focus on Southern cuisine.

Access HomeGrown Ebooks

You do not have to create an account in order to read the books in this collection. However, you will need to create an account if you want to save titles, use bookmarks, take notes, etc. HomeGrown Ebooks can be used on a computer or with the BiblioBoard App on a mobile device.

1. Click the HomeGrown Ebooks link. If you are off campus, you will be prompted to enter your myPittCC credentials.
2. You can immediately start browsing the collection and reading books. 
3. To create an account (or profile), click MENU.
4. Click the button that says: Don't have a profile? Create Yours Now!
5. Follow the prompts to create your profile. It will ask you for an e-mail address (which is optional), to create a username, and a password. 
6. When finished, click Create Profile.

According to their webpage..."BiblioBoard is available on all major web browsers and is developed with using a SPA (single page appplication) approach. This means, while we do offer native applications in the Google Play Store and Apple Store, our platform works seamlessly on any phone web browser (no app needed)."
