Reservations

Views of the various types of study rooms available.Study Room Guidelines:

  • Please exit the room on time so the next person can have their turn in the room.
  • Room reservations must be made at least 1 HOUR in advance when booking online.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, you forfeit your reservation.
  • You are allowed to reserve a room for up to 2 hours per day and not more than 4 hours per week.

Confirmation via E-mail:

  • You must use a Pitt CC e-mail account to reserve a room. If you are a part of a program that operates through Pitt CC, but you do not have an account, contact the library for options.
  • Once you make a reservation, you should immediately log in to your school email account to confirm the reservation.
  • If you do not confirm the reservation within 15 minutes, your room will not be reserved.

Saturday Hours:

  • The 2nd floor of the Library is closed on Saturdays during the Fall and Spring semesters. This also means that the study rooms on the 2nd floor are not available those days. 
  • The study rooms on the 1st floor are available on a first come, first served basis on Saturdays during the regular semester. 
  • The Library does not open at all on Saturdays during the Summer.

Dry Erase Supplies

Some group study rooms have dry erase boards mounted on the walls, while some do not. There are several portable dry erase boards with wheels located around the Library that you are free to move around as needed. 

Packs of markers and erasers can be checked out from the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor using your valid PCC ID (or library card). 

Laptop Computers

Laptops can be checked out from the 1st floor Circulation Desk and can be used anywhere in the Library. A valid PCC ID is required.
