Having a PCC Library account allows you to check out books, reserve items, and other equipment, request articles and books through interlibrary loan, and in the case of community residents, it will also allow you to get access to the Library's online research databases.
NOTE: This service is only for PCC students, staff, and faculty.
Pitt Community College students, faculty, and staff with a valid PCC ID may borrow materials from any of the ECU libraries (Joyner Library, Laupus Health Sciences Library, and the Music Library). To establish an account at an ECU library, present your current PCC ID and a valid driver's license or other valid pictured identification card at the appropriate service desk and an account will be created for you. Cooperative borrowers who establish an account gain borrowing privileges as well as on-campus access to the library databases and other online resources.
NOTE: Some ECU library materials may not be available for check-out by cooperative borrowers.
